- High deductible Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield plan without co-payments for prescriptions, doctor visits or emergency room visits
- 85% deductible direct reimbursement to the employee on approved claims
- Routine physician exam, annual pap test and mammograms fully covered
401(k) Profit Sharing:
- Very generous 401(k) plan with 50% match of your contributions up to 7% of your salary plus a 3% Safe Harbor contribution
Paid Time Off and Holidays:
- Paid time off with roll over, along with six paid holidays annually

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we adopted a sweeping set of policies and procedures to keep our people safe. This included creating a robust remote work culture, and today a number of our employees work remotely full-time.
