Until now, physicians and patients were frustrated by those ever-changing, no-two-days-are-the-same “office hours.” Well, we’ve broken that annoying habit with the introduction of the Preferred First extended hours call center. Convenient hours, day or night.

  • 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Saturday and Sunday

Now you have a direct line to an experienced registered nurse who is ready to help you long after the office closes. Whether you are at home, on the beach, in a tent or at the game, when a medical need or concern arises, call Preferred First.

  • recommend over-the-counter solutions,
  • set up an immediate telehealth visit with a Preferred nurse practitioner or a Preferred physician,
  • schedule a next-day in-office appointment, or
  • direct you to seek immediate care in an emergency.
