Dr. Uma Purighalla received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, fulfilled an internship in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital, and completed her medical Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. She then served as a Chief Resident and teaching assistant for New York Medical College.
